Meet The Founder & CEO of iTology

I started iTology in 2007 because I’d watched too many Oklahoma businesses get burned by their IT providers. The pattern was always the same. A smooth sales pitch, a few good months, then the relationship drifts. The wrong tech shows up. The bill creeps. Nobody owns the problem when something goes sideways.

We built this company to be the opposite of that.

We don’t grow by chasing every account that walks through the door. We grow by keeping the ones we have. Most of our clients have been with us for years. Some for over a decade. That doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because we built a team that cares about staying, not selling.

We’ve never bought a competitor. We’ve never run a national sales campaign. We grew by referral, retention, and careful work, one client at a time. That’s still how we grow.

When Denny signed on with iTology in 2007, we were a new company with a simple promise. Show up. Fix the root cause. Stay accountable. Nineteen years later, JABco has never had another IT partner.
